Return Policy

• Customers must initiate a return request within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
• To request a return, contact us on WhatsApp: 03252373601 with:
  • Your order number
  • Product images/videos (as proof, if damaged or incorrect)

Eligible Reasons for Return

We only accept returns in the following cases:

• You received a damaged product
• You received the wrong item

Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The request is made after 24 hours of delivery
• The product has been used, damaged by the customer, or is missing packaging
• Change of mind (we do not accept returns for personal preference)

Refund Policy

• Once your return is approved, we will:
  • Either send a replacement product, or
  • Issue a refund (if replacement is not available)
• Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after approval

Important Notes

• Please ensure you provide complete and accurate delivery details while placing your order
• Orders with incomplete addresses may not be delivered, and such cases are not eligible for refund
