Return Policy
- Customers must initiate a return request within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
- To request a return, contact us on WhatsApp: 03252373601 with:
- Your order number
- Product images/videos (as proof, if damaged or incorrect)
Eligible Reasons for Return
We only accept returns in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong item
Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The request is made after 24 hours of delivery
- The product has been used, damaged by the customer, or is missing packaging
- Change of mind (we do not accept returns for personal preference)
Refund Policy
- Once your return is approved, we will:
- Either send a replacement product, or
- Issue a refund (if replacement is not available)
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after approval
Important Notes
- Please ensure you provide complete and accurate delivery details while placing your order
- Orders with incomplete addresses may not be delivered, and such cases are not eligible for refund
